5 Products to Add to Your Beauty Routine

beauty products

In this post, I’d like to share my favorite beauty products. I’m always trying out new products and I wanted to share with you guys 5 products that you might want to add if you don’t use them already.

  1. Korean face mask

I’m hopping on the Korean beauty product bandwagon. I am obsessed over theses Korean beauty mask by TonyMoly. I’ve tried almost all of them. They’re cute and very affordable. If you have dry skin, I highly suggest using the ones that moisturize. The brightening mask does help too if your skin is feeling a little dull. You can buy them from Ulta for $3-$4 or at Urbanoutfitters who offers  a 4 for $10 deal.

2.Facial cleanser brush

Everyone should invest in a facial cleanser brush to reach those annoying pores. You don’t have to go out and buy a super expensive on either. I got this one at Marshalls for $4. It’s great to remove any dead skin and cleans better than just your hands. There are two sides to the brush. The front bristles exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin cells and the silicone side breaks up dirt, oil, and make up. Personally it leaves my skin feeling soft.

3.Honey Body ButterWe all know honey is good for fighting acne and killing germs if you’re sick, but it’s also good for keeping your skin nice and hydrated. I love anything that has honey in it. I found this in the beauty section at Marshalls for $5.99. Honey is my favorite fragrance, I get so many compliments of how good I always smell. The fragrance of this lotions is pretty strong and it will keep your skin moisturized all day. Now anyone who goes to Marshalls regularly knows that it can be hard to find the same items twice.  So I looked up the company name and they have a website where you can purchase this and hundreds of other skin care products.

4. Ulta Matte Lip Crayon

Funny story, I actually never realized that Ulta had their own line of lipsticks until I ordered a textbook from Chegg and they sent me a lip crayon in the box with my book. I’m glad they did sent it because now I love their matte lipstick collection. The one sent in the box was called festival. It’s a nice neutral color that’s not too bright or dark. the color does last a while. The second one is called Sparkling. It’s a great color too if you’re looking for a brighter tint. Lip crayons are only $8.

Freeman Feeling Beautiful Mask

I’m joining the Charcoal and peel off mask bandwagon too. This charcoal face scrub works really well. It’s a charcoal sugar scrub to more exact. It heats up as you put it on your face and exfoliates really well without over drying. The peel mask helps fight against acne.  If you’re not tolerant of pain then I don’t suggest getting this one. When you peel it of it does hurt a lot, but I like it because it does help with my acne. I bought these at Ulta as well. They’re only $4.29 each.

What are you favorite products? If you have any suggestions on items I should try, leave them in the comment section below. Thanks for reading!

  1. Hi Briana! I agree with Heather Anne – I’m getting a facial brush. I’d never thought of it before. I’ve been using the microbead scrubs and have been looking for a good alternative that was more environmentally friendly. Thanks for the idea!

  2. OMG I love the Freeman’s masks and the Korean ones too. I have the charcoal and the clay masks from Freemans. I like that they are so affordable. The korean ones though leave my face feeling a little weird, is that how it’s suppose to be?

    1. when you say weird what do you mean? i’ve never had any issues with them. The only brand I had an issue with was Yesto face mask. That brand leaves a burning sensation on your face.
